My wife and I recently worked with CJC to build a custom home. What a
fabulous experience on many fronts. First they have a lot of experience
and understand the process. Secondly, the project management is top notch.
Things are done well but the owner does a great job managing the project
so that you get both quality and efficiency. Lastly, the attention to
detail is awesome. They thought of things we would not have and improved
our home in many ways. The follow up and patience in answering our many
questions was great. They did a great job of providing alternatives as
we worked through the build process. I would highly recommend CJC Custom Homes.

CJC Custom Homes recently constructed an amazing custom home for my family.
Every detail from the initial design concept through closing day was handled
with utmost professionalism. CJC completed my home ahead of schedule and
with a level of quality that far exceeded my expectations. Communication
throughout the build was timely, detailed and always very much appreciated.
Our home is perfect and I may never have to build again. But, if I did, I

CJC has done a bunch of jobs for me. On the smaller side they've pulled down
ceilings, insulated a poory insulated house, and replace ceilings. They've
also replaced a bad tile job from another contractor that started leaking in my master bath.
But the two main things they've done is a full gut kitchen renovation. I gutted
the entire space and left a blank slate and they came in, moved a few walls and
did full plumbing, electrical, cabinets, hardwoods, backsplash tile, granite kitchen
replacement. I also had a laundry closet from the 80s near that they fully redesigned
with the project to make a custom cabinet solution to enclose my washer/dryer and
make a better space than the old louvered door closet.
They also renovated my entire 3rd floor which was a walk up attic that had been
"finished" by the previous owners extremely poorly. Once again I gutted and left a
blank space and they came and did a full renovation creating a wall for an
electrical/hvac room, drywall/paint, carpet including custom built in cabinet for
my wife's gift wrapping stuff.
All jobs were well planned and well executed with good subcontractors and an eye for
quality. Highly recommend.
